🔁 Booking & Payment
To secure a booking, renters are required to pay the full rental amount plus a £250 refundable security deposit before the start of the hire period.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
🗓️ Cancellations by the Renter

More than 24 weeks prior to departure:10%

If the traveller cancels a confirmed Booking, they will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the Rental Agreement. The advertiser will receive any remaining cancellation costs after Goboony's service fee and booking costs have been deducted.

The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.

🚐 Cancellations by the Owner
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. mechanical issues, vehicle damage, or emergencies):

✅ A full refund of all amounts paid (including the deposit) will be issued.

We will aim to notify you as early as possible and assist in finding a suitable alternative if needed.

💳 Security Deposit Refunds
Your £250 security deposit will be fully refunded within 5 working days of the campervan’s safe return, provided:

The vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, and clean

No traffic offences, parking fines, or toll charges are outstanding

Fuel levels match what was provided at collection
Any deductions will be clearly documented and communicated to you.
